Steve “Bruno” Perotti Retirement & Brian Leitman Promotion

Champion Precast would like to congratulate Steve Perotti on his retirement from Champion after 41 years of service.  Steve started out in 1980 working for Kirchner as a laborer.  In 1983, Steve was promoted to a Plant Supervisor and in 1987 was promoted again to Plant Manager.  In 1991, Steve decided to join us here at Champion Precast as our Plant Manager.  Steve has been through many changes and a lot of growth here at Champion Precast over 30 years.  Steve has been married to his beautiful bride Diane for 43 years.  Steve and Diane have 2 boys, 5 grandchildren and their dog Jace.  Steve loves fishing, hunting and being outdoors.  Steve’s knowledge about the industry, humor, sayings and discussions about fishing and hunting will be greatly missed!  Everyone at Champion Precast is sad to see Steve leave as he has been a great asset to our management and team; however, we wish Steve the very best!

Along with the news of Steve’s retirement, we are happy to announce Brian Leitman has been promoted to our new Plant Manager as of 1/3/2022.  Brian has been a solid figure at Champion Precast for 26 years since he started as a draftsman in 1996. In 2007, Brian was promoted to the Estimating & Design and Quality Control Manager.  Now he is hitting the ground running with his new position as Plant Manager.  Brian loves spending time with his beautiful bride Sarah, his bonus sons, Sam and Logan, and their dogs, Tillie and Bandit.  Brian enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, shooting, camping, and boating.   We are looking forward to seeing what the future brings us.
